Each player may hold only one 111 Game account. If 111 Game determines that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment details or otherwise linked — all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided and balances may be withheld pending investigation.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Deposits are credited to your 111 Game account balance in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. If your account remains inactive — meaning no login, deposit, withdrawal or game activity — for a period of twelve consecutive months, 111 Game may designate the account as dormant. A notification will be sent to the registered contact details before any dormancy fee is applied. Players may reactivate their accounts by logging in and contacting support.

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Generally, bets placed on Sports Betting, Slots and other eligible games count towards the wagering requirement. Some games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — this is specified per promotion.
Bonuses are available to eligible players as specified in each promotion. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per household, device or IP address. 111 Game reserves the right to withhold or cancel a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer repeatedly.
Bonuses and free spins have an expiry period, which is stated in the promotion's terms. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified timeframe, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real money funds deposited into the account are not affected by bonus expiry.

The 111 Game Sports Betting section covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 international matches, Football and Esports, among other sporting events. The following rules apply to all Sports Betting activity on the platform.
A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your account balance. 111 Game reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, misuse of promotions or system errors that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
Odds for all Sports Betting markets are set by 111 Game and are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. Live betting odds may fluctuate rapidly during in-play events. It is the player's responsibility to confirm odds at the time of placing a bet. Bets placed at odds that were the result of a technical error may be voided.
If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned to your account balance. Specific rules for PSL matches, T20 internationals and other Cricket fixtures follow the standard cricket regulations for the relevant competition. Where a match is reduced in overs due to weather, the result may still stand subject to the applicable competition rules.
Maximum payout limits apply to Sports Betting markets. These limits are shown in the relevant market pages and may vary by sport, competition and bet type. 111 Game reserves the right to limit bet stakes or payouts for any player without prior notice.

In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game round, the round will be resolved based on the game's internal state at the time of interruption. Any winnings from a completed round will be credited to your balance. 111 Game is not liable for losses arising from internet connection issues on the player's side.
